The Cottage Bed & Breakfast - Polperro

Our cozy double room was a lovely retreat, but the bathroom felt chilly when we arrived.

Location adjacent to all local eateries, Near all the shops and the hill.

I came here with my dog.

The warm welcome from Maz and Simon set the tone for our stay. The cozy double room exuded charm, with beautiful decor and a comfortable bed. I loved waking up to the soothing sounds of seagulls. Breakfast was a standout, especially the homemade granola and fresh local ingredients. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared. Exploring Polperro was easy, with the village just a short walk away. Parking added some inconvenience, being situated uphill and a bit distant. The entrance could use a touch of decoration for a more inviting first impression.

I thoroughly enjoyed the room with nice facilities, the bed was exceptionally comfortable...

Everything was perfect, including affable staff and stunning location in the heart of the village. Double room I stayed at was well-equipped with character. A safe box, central heating and a work desk turned out to be good. The property was in the centre of the city.

A magical stay in Polperro

We were enchanted by the charming atmosphere of The Cottage. Maz and Simon were wonderfully cute, providing us with a warm arrival and plenty of local tips. Breakfast was a highlight-the homemade granola and fresh local produce were really good, and Simon was always on hand with extra coffee.

The entrance could benefit from a bit of sprucing up, as it felt less inviting than the rest of the B&B. The bathroom temperature wasn't quite comfortable upon arrival, and we had a little trouble getting some extra milk for tea. While these were minor hiccups, they did slightly impact our overall comfort.

The breakfast thrilled us with its fresh local produce, especially the homemade granola. The uphill distance to the car park was inconvenient.

The Cottage Bed & Breakfast was a charming stay! Simon and Maz were really good too, and the breakfast was delicious. We particularly loved the homemade marmalade and the thoughtful touch of providing a sausage for our dog. The room was also verynice and neat.

The distance to the carpark can be a bit inconvenient.

Nonetheless, this quaint location makes it worthwhile for exploring the area.

Staying at The Cottage was a delight, with our private space being tranquil and well-equipped. The hosts, Maz and Simon, made every effort to ensure our comfort, while the proximity to the charming harbour and local shops made exploring easy. The hilltop car park was the only inconvenience for our stay.

The staff here are friendly and really helpful, and the owner is great too. the room is cozy and well-equipped, with nice amenities. 😊.
